It’s 2012 and my head is still swimming with champagne bubbles. Excited for the new year and all that lies ahead. Hoping it will be sweet and full of all kinds of treats.
I re-purposed some Mint Velvet Cake Balls to bring to a friend’s party. Luckily I had a few uncoated balls (heh heh) left in the freezer so I dressed them up for New Year’s Eve by dipping them in melted white chocolate and sprinkling them with gold and silver disco dust aka edible glitter. Glitter = fanciness. Especially when you can eat it.
